Full Job Description

We are a fast-growing social media marketing agency seeking an experienced Head of Client Services to join our team. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This role involves managing a team of client account managers, working with clients to develop effective social media strategies, collaborating with the creative team to deliver the right client requirements, and handling creative briefs for various content needs. The Head of Client Services will play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction and driving business growth.


Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage client interactions and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  2. Work closely with clients to develop and implement effective social media strategies that align with their business goals.
  3. Oversee a global remote team of client account managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  4. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the delivery of client requirements, including appropriate brand elements, voice, and preferences.
  5. Prepare and deliver detailed creative briefs for social media posts, newsletters, blog articles, and other content.
  6. Build and nurture strong client relationships to build loyalty and repeat business.
  7. Monitor and measure client satisfaction, promptly addressing any issues that arise.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services and provide strategic recommendations to clients.


Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role within a fast-paced digital media or advertising agency that served multiple business clients.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to manage client relationships, develop successful social media strategies, and deliver high-quality projects.
  • Deep understanding of social media marketing and its role in driving brand growth and engagement.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with social media content strategy and management across various platforms, especially LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and creative processes.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, creating a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
