Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Offshore Lead Booker with native-level English fluency and strong sales closing skills. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound leads, responsible for building rapport, conveying the value of our services, and successfully booking qualified appointments.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Call, text, and follow up with inbound and outbound leads promptly
• Clearly and confidently explain our services, pricing structure, and value proposition
• Overcome objections and close leads into booked appointments
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and KPI files
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly booking targets
• Provide a professional, friendly, and trustworthy experience on every interaction

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Complete fluency in English (spoken and written) – no heavy accent
• Proven experience in sales, lead booking, or appointment setting
• Strong persuasion and closing skills
• Excellent communication, listening, and rapport-building abilities
• Comfortable discussing pricing and handling objections
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Self-driven, coachable, and goal-oriented
