As a Dispositions Associate, you will be responsible for managing investor relationships and facilitating the sale of properties to our buyer network. Your main focus will be connecting available deals to qualified buyers and ensuring seamless, profitable transactions from start to finish.
Develop a plan to market and sell newly acquired wholesale propertiesMarket properties to investors through email campaigns, phone calls, and online platformsConduct property showings and investor walkthroughs (virtually or in person)Negotiate offers and counteroffers with investors and buyersHandle the disposition process from listing to closingResearch local market conditions to price properties competitivelyBuild and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing investorsCold call potential buyers and follow up consistentlyCoordinate communication with title companies, buyers, and sellers to ensure smooth transactionsKeep CRM and investor databases up to date with accurate informationAttend networking events and industry meetups to expand buyer base
Previous experience in real estate sales, wholesaling, or dispositions (preferred but not required)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong negotiation and interpersonal abilitiesHighly organized and capable of managing multiple transactions simultaneouslySelf-motivated and results-driven with a problem-solving mindsetProficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and platforms like InvestorLift or InvestorBase preferred, but not required.Familiarity with wholesale real estate transactions is a plus
