The HR Assistant provides virtual recruiting, onboarding, and administrative support to the HR Generalist and management team at Textbook Painting. At least 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Slack, and Zoom
Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace
Experience working with US-based teams or small business owners
