Full Job Description

I am a medical provider in the United states. I need a medical scribe to use the Athena EMR to type in my history of present illness as I am talking to the patient. Basically this is a copied and pasted note. You will copy and paste a GPT generated note and then tailor it to the needs of the patient throughout the visit. You will then go to the plan portion of the EMR, select the diagnosis code that I gave you, and write the plan that I gave you. This is basic medical scribe work, the EMR is extremely easy to use and of course I will provide training. We start at 0730 in the morning and end around 430 in the evening. We see roughly 22 about 60 patients per day.

Job Responsibilities

Your job is to show up on time every day, log in and complete all visit notes by the end of the day. This is a remote position obviously, so as long as you are someplace quiet and without distractions, I do not care where you do this job. I expect that there are no distraction such as cell phone use, or small children to interrupt our work flow. This is a professional position that requires focus.

Job Requirements

You need to be HIPAA certified in order to apply for this job. I would need to see your HIPAA certificate prior to starting the position. For the right candidate I would be happy to reimburse you for the cost of the certificate-- they are usually around 15 American dollars. I require someone who is punctual and reliable, and who does not have a lot of personal drama that may interfere with showing up on time or having excessive absences.
