We are seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven professional to convert a steady flow of warm, event-generated leads into active members, strategic relationships, and ongoing engagement.With hundreds of events and touchpoints each year, this role is responsible for ensuring that every connection leads to meaningful follow-up, clear next steps, and measurable outcomes.This is not a passive administrative role. This is a conversion-focused position that turns conversations into commitments and builds momentum across the community.


Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to inbound leads quickly and professionally, following events, campaigns, and referrals 
    • Build and manage a structured pipeline of prospects from first contact to conversion 
    • Schedule and drive meet-and-greets, introductory calls, and follow-up meetings 
    • Convert prospects into members, sponsors, and active participants 
    • Maintain accurate CRM tracking, ensuring no lead goes untouched 
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align prospects with the right opportunities, committees, and events 
    • Execute consistent follow-up strategies to keep relationships moving forward
