The Inbound Sales Lead Manager is responsible for responding to, qualifying, and managing inbound leads from calls, texts, web forms, and chats. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective customers and helps drive lead conversion, appointment setting, and revenue growth.
Compensation up to $250 weekly
* Respond to inbound calls, texts, chats, and web inquiries quickly and professionally
* Qualify leads based on company criteria, urgency, and customer needs
* Schedule and confirm appointments for sales representatives
* Maintain accurate lead records, notes, and follow-ups in HubSpot CRM
* Manage pipelines, workflows, and lead tracking processes
* Ensure no leads go unassigned or inactive
* Deliver excellent customer service and handle objections professionally
* Escalate urgent customer issues when needed
The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, sales-driven, and experienced with HubSpot CRM. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
