The mission of the Inbound Sales Specialist is to consistently generate and manage high-quality inbound sales that produce a minimum of $150,000 in reliable monthly revenue, while delivering a confident, ethical, and client-centered sales experience.
By building a predictable and trustworthy inbound sales engine, this role enables the firm to stabilize revenue, improve forecasting, and strategically invest in outbound sales and future growth initiatives.
Outcomes Required for Success
1 Consistently generate at least $150,000 in inbound sales per month, with stronger performance reaching $150,000–$200,000+.
2 Use the SPIN selling method (that we will teach you) to guide qualified prospects to confident decisions using accurate immigration law knowledge.
3 Keep the sales pipeline fully managed, up to date, and accurate so no qualified opportunities are missed.
4 Close qualified inbound opportunities within two weeks of the initial consultation in most cases.
5 Secure 100% payment or approved payment plans on all closed sales, with strong downpayments and monthly payment terms.
6 Provide a confident, professional, and respectful sales experience that builds trust and reduces client hesitation.
7 Complete all required sales and administrative tasks accurately and on time so records, payments, and pipeline data are always correct.
Competencies
The ideal candidate has prior sales experience or strong customer service experience, learns quickly, and can apply immigration law accurately to client situations. They communicate clearly and confidently, act with integrity, stay organized, follow through consistently, and take full ownership of sales results and pipeline management.
Compensation
Compensation includes a $1,200 monthly base for the first $100,000 in sales, plus a 1.2%commission on all sales above $100,000. Higher and more consistent performance above
