We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Agent to manage inbound leads, set appointments, and follow up on proposals. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build relationships with homeowners, realtors, and designers.
This is a full-time, remote position ideal for professionals who excel at follow-ups and sales outreach.
📌 Call, text, and email inbound leads multiple times per day to ensure consistent follow-up.
📌 Set appointments and confirm attendance with potential clients.
📌 Follow up on proposals through text, email, and calls to move prospects forward.
📌 Reach out to past clients twice a year for warranty check-ins and referral opportunities.
📌 Engage with realtors, designers, and investors through cold calls, texts, and social media.
📌 Organize and manage prospect data for targeted direct mail campaigns.
✅ A proactive and results-driven professional.
✅ Experience in inside sales, lead management, or appointment setting.
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills.
✅ CRM experience (Go High Level is a plus).

Requirements:
* Native or Bilingual English Level
* SDR Experience or equivalent / (Cold Calling, Cold Emailing, Prospecting, etc,.)
* Experience with CRM and various Sales tools
* Team Player
* Receptive but creative and able to input in new ideas
* Proactive
