The Opportunity

We aren't looking for a "telemarketer." We are looking for a brand ambassador. You will be reaching out to individuals who are already familiar with our company or have shown interest in our services. Your job is to have meaningful, low-pressure conversations to see how we can best help them.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engaging Warm Leads: Reaching out to prospects who have interacted with our brand to follow up on their interest.
  • Consultative Discovery: Asking thoughtful questions to understand their needs and identifying if our services are a good match.
  • Relationship Management: Acting as the first "human" point of contact for our company, ensuring every lead feels heard and valued.
  • Strategic Follow-up: Managing a pipeline of leads through polite, timely touchpoints via phone and email.
  • Coordination: Scheduling appointments for our specialists and ensuring all lead notes are accurately logged in our CRM.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or "warm" retail sales is a big plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills—you should sound like a friend, not a script-reader.
  • Ability to use basic office tech and CRM tools (we will train you on our specific systems).
  • A positive, upbeat attitude that comes across over the phone.
