About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Agent to serve as the critical human touchpoint between our AI-driven lead generation systems and our licensed real estate agents. You will be the bridge that turns warm leads into booked appointments, handling the manual follow-up that keeps our pipeline moving.

Your primary focus is to contact inbound real estate leads by phone, determine whether they are looking to buy or sell a home, and schedule appointments with the appropriate licensed agent on our team. You will not advise on transaction specifics, pricing, or contractual matters. Your job is to qualify, engage, and set the appointment.

What You Will Not Do

  • Provide advice on pricing, contracts, negotiations, or any transaction-specific details.
  • Act as a licensed real estate agent or represent yourself as one.
  • Make commitments on behalf of agents or the company regarding any deal terms.

Performance Bonus: After reaching a baseline threshold of closed deals, you will earn, $5 for every appointment that shows and $25 for every transaction you helped support in the closing process. Where there is both a buy and sell, $50 is the bonus.


Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to real estate leads generated through our marketing, AI systems, and automations.
  • Identify whether each lead is interested in buying or selling a home and gather key qualifying details.
  • Schedule appointments between qualified leads and licensed real estate agents on the team.
  • Perform consistent, timely follow-up with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet committed to an appointment.
  • Log all call activity, lead status updates, and notes accurately in the company CRM/dialer system.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth handoffs and a positive experience for every lead.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
  • Escalate leads with complex questions or transaction-specific inquiries to a licensed agent.


Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or a similar phone-based role (real estate experience is a plus, not a requirement).
  • Excellent English fluency with clear pronunciation and a neutral or easily understood accent. You will be speaking directly with U.S.-based clients, so strong spoken English is essential.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a professional, friendly phone presence.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, especially in a remote work environment.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection and quality audio (headset recommended).
  • Available to work during US business hours.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and phone dialers (training will be provided on our specific systems).
