Inside Sales Agent for Real Estate Acquisition (Land)

Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record to join our growing team. We are a U.S. land investment company that buys off-market properties from landowners directly. We generate leads through text marketing. Your job is to build rapport and qualify these leads so you can set an appointment for our Acquisition Manager to make offers.

Job Responsibilities

Your role in the company

• Texter & Comper qualified the property and verified that the lead is interested in selling
• Lead Manager (YOU) calls to build rapport, qualify motivation & set an appointment
• Acquisition Manager calls to make an offer & get the lead under contract

Time Commitment & Schedule

• Full-Time: 9 AM – 5 PM EST with a 1-hour break
• Monday to Friday
• 30-day trial period with performance review

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• 100+ outbound calls daily
• 10+ conversations with sellers daily
• Qualify sellers and set 4–5 appointments daily for the Acquisition Manager
• Enter and maintain detailed notes in CRM (Follow Up Boss)
• Support the acquisition pipeline by pre-screening and organizing qualified leads
