Job Responsibilities

Inside Sales Associate Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls and secure reservations for moving, packing, and storage services.
• Utilize Excel, Word, Adobe, Outlook, and specialized moving software to generate accurate and efficient estimates.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills with both customers and colleagues.
• Achieve daily booking target quotas to contribute to overall team success.
• Conduct 60-100 outbound and inbound calls daily to foster client relationships.
• Work on existing leads with a focus on maintaining a closing percentage of 45% or higher.
• Assist with various clerical responsibilities as needed by the Sales and Marketing team.

Job Requirements

Inside Sales Associate Requirements & Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, and Outlook.
• Proven track record in sales, consistently meeting or exceeding assigned quotas.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and connect ideas with others.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges seamlessly.
• Energetic and vibrant attitude, demonstrating a proactive approach and a commitment to task completion.
• Preference for candidates committed to ongoing training and education.
