The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling inbound calls, contacting potential clients from lead forms, and conducting consistent follow-up with prospects. This role is focused on building relationships, understanding client needs, and guiding them through the sales process to secure new business opportunities.
Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
Highly organized with good attention to detail.
Proficient with CRM tools and basic office software.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
