Full Job Description
Role Summary
This role exists to help our outside sales reps win more deals and to make sure every sold job gets over the finish line. You are the bridge between Outside Sales, the homeowner, and production.
When the outside rep closes the job, you own the follow-through that turns a signed deal into a production-ready project fast. That includes paperwork, financing steps, customer expectations, and a clean handoff to production.
When the outside rep does not close, you take the handoff, run the follow-up the right way, and work the homeowner to a confident yes with professionalism, persistence, and great communication.
This is a detail-heavy, fast-paced role. You must be calm under pressure, strong with follow-up, and able to juggle multiple moving parts without dropping the ball.
