We are looking for a highly professional Inside Sales Representative based in Latin America who can work full-time in alignment with U.S. business hours. While the schedule will often follow normal U.S. working hours, it can also include evenings and weekends depending on lead flow, follow-up needs, and business demand. In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for potential customers, helping create a strong first impression, build trust quickly, and move leads toward booked appointments and qualified sales opportunities. This is a fast-paced, high-accountability role for someone who is confident on the phone, communicates with excellent spoken and written English, and can stay organized while managing follow-up, response times, and lead activity throughout the day. Compensation for this role is $5.00 per hour plus commission, with expected total annual earnings ranging from $31,200 to $64,000 USD, depending on performance.
Contact and follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner. Speak with potential customers, answer questions, build trust, and move conversations toward booked appointments and qualified sales opportunities. Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process and ensure no strong lead is left unattended. Manage lead activity in the CRM, keep detailed notes, update tasks, and maintain an organized pipeline. Handle objections professionally, communicate clearly with U.S.-based customers, and help deliver a smooth, high-quality customer experience from the first conversation forward. Work with urgency, stay accountable to response times and follow-up consistency, and contribute to appointment-setting and conversion goals.
Candidates must be based in Latin America and available to work full-time in alignment with U.S. business hours, with flexibility for evenings and weekends when needed. Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in inside sales, appointment setting, customer service, or another phone-based role. Excellent spoken and written English is required, and candidates must be comfortable speaking naturally and professionally with U.S.-based customers. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, coachable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with clear performance expectations. Experience using CRM systems or sales tools is strongly preferred. A professional remote work setup is required, including a desktop or laptop, high-speed internet, a quality headset, a quiet workspace, and two computer screens.
