This is not a traditional hotel sales role. At Pathfinder, we have reimagined how sales works, removing the
administrative clutter so our salespeople can do what they do best: respond fast, build relationships, tell
compelling stories, and close.
As a remote Inside Sales / Sales Strategist, you own the inbound pipeline for a boutique-style portfolio of high-
performing hotels, including Aloft Austin Southwest, Holiday Inn Express Arboretum, and Staybridge Suites
Houston Clear Lake, all rated above market averages and recognized for exceptional guest satisfaction.
You will work from our dedicated sales infrastructure: researchers who surface qualified leads, a proposal-
building team that handles storytelling and visuals, and enablement support that clears admin from your
plate. Your job is to convert inbound demand into booked, repeat business, and to do it exceptionally well.
The Inside Sales / Sales Strategist owns the inbound pipeline across a portfolio of high-quality hotels,
converting inquiries, RFPs, and booking requests into signed extended stay, group, and local negotiated rate
(LNR) business. This role is full-cycle: you qualify the lead, run discovery, build the proposal, and close.
Net-new business development is owned by our separate Business Development (Hunter) role. Your focus is
speed, discovery, and conversion, turning the demand that comes to us into long-term, repeat clients. You will
leverage Pathfinder's innovative sales model, backed by research, proposal, and admin support, so your time
goes to high-value selling.
