We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our insurance company.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing workflows across multiple platforms, including GoHighLevel (GHL), Discord, Gmail, and Airtable.

Your role will be to support our team by ensuring seamless communication, efficient data management, and the smooth operation of various digital tools.


Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • GoHighLevel (GHL) Management: Oversee CRM tasks, manage workflows, and assist with marketing automation within the GHL platform.
  • Discord Administration: Facilitate team communication by managing channels, moderating discussions, and ensuring that all team members are informed and connected.
  • Gmail Coordination: Organize, filter, and manage email communications; respond to inquiries promptly and maintain a streamlined inbox for the team.
  • Airtable Management: Create, update, and manage databases; ensure that all records are accurate, organized, and easily accessible for the team.
  • General Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, task tracking, and other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.


Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL), Discord, Gmail, and Airtable.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
