This role involves speaking directly with U.S.-based customers, gathering basic driver and vehicle information, qualifying leads, and transferring or scheduling calls with licensed insurance agents.No prior insurance experience is required — we provide full training.
Answer inbound and make outbound calls to customers seeking auto insurance
Collect and verify basic customer information (driver, vehicle, coverage needs)
Qualify prospects and determine readiness to purchase
Schedule callbacks or transfer warm leads to licensed agents
Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM system
Provide professional, friendly, and compliant customer interactions
Clear, fluent English and Spanish (neutral or easily understood accent)
Comfortable speaking with U.S. customers by phone
Strong communication and listening skills
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Ability to follow scripts, training, and compliance guidelines
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred (not required)
