We’re looking for a reliable, phone-strong Intake Specialist to own the first touchpoint with our inbound leads and help keep our pipeline moving every day.Role SummaryThis role is focused on handling inbound calls and text messages from HOT and WARM leads (no cold calling), returning missed calls, and staying consistent with daily follow-ups. You’ll also perform basic property research and gather county and tax records to support our acquisitions process. This position is ideal for someone who’s extremely dependable, confident on the phone, and able to learn our process quickly and fully own it.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and inbound texts from HOT and WARM leads (no cold calling)
• Make outbound calls to return missed calls quickly and consistently
• Conduct daily follow-ups to keep leads moving through the pipeline
• Collect lead details, ask strong qualifying questions, and accurately document conversations
• Perform basic research on properties we’re pursuing and provide an initial assessment of characteristics
• Obtain tax records and county records for target properties and organize them properly
• Keep lead notes and statuses updated in our CRM and tracking systems
• Follow scripts and processes at first, then improve execution through repetition and ownership

Job Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English (you will be on the phone and texting leads daily)
• Strong phone presence: confident, clear, friendly, and direct
• Extremely reliable, responsible, and consistent with follow-ups
• Fast learner who can follow a process and then take full ownership of it
• Comfortable using CRMs and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
• Real estate experience is a plus, but not required if you learn fast
