Interpreter / Translator

Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spanish-speaking Translator/Interpreter to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and timely translation and interpretation services for a variety of projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately translate written materials between Spanish and English, including marketing and promotional materials, technical and legal documentation, website content and subtitles.
• Ensure the accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness of all translations.
• Provide simultaneous and consecutive interpretation services for meetings, conferences, and other events.
• Ensure accurate and effective communication between Spanish and English speakers.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a professional translator and/or interpreter.
• Native or near-native fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Proficiency in using translation tools and technologies (e.g., CAT tools, translation memories).
• Experience in closed captioning
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred).
