Full Job Description

Match Freight Lines is hiring 2 full-time Invoice Resolution Representatives to join our team.

This role is focused on handling invoice-related issues, reviewing billing discrepancies, following up internally and externally, and helping keep our invoice resolution process organized and moving forward.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, professional in communication, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong written English, attention to detail, and the ability to stay focused while handling follow-ups and problem-solving tasks.

This is a remote, full-time position working with a U.S.-based freight brokerage team.

Job Responsibilities

• Review invoice-related issues and discrepancies

• Follow up with customers, carriers, and internal team members by email

• Keep invoice resolution cases organized and updated

• Document issue status clearly and accurately

• Help identify missing paperwork, billing errors, and support documents

• Work to resolve disputes and help win valid invoice disputes

• Escalate issues when needed

• Support the team in improving organization and follow-up within the IR department

Job Requirements

• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets

• Freight or logistics experience is a plus, but not required
