Job Responsibilities

-Record financial transactions in QuickBooks

-Perform bank reconciliations and account reviews

-Assist with monthly closing processes

-Prepare basic financial reports

-Maintain and organize accounting documentation

Job Requirements

-Minimum of 2 years of experience using QuickBooks

-Strong knowledge of general accounting principles

-Experience with bank reconciliations

-Ability to manage and record income and expenses

-High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

-Team-oriented mindset
