Full Job Description

Hours: Employee will work from 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Pacific Time with one hour break.

Salary: Starting $1,500-$1,800 depending on experience

Personal Characteristics: Great written and verbal communication in English, detail-oriented, great work ethic, reliable, self-motivated, innovative, problem solver, must love math and crunching numbers! Report Directly to the President.

Job Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping and performing Account Reconciliations
• Responsible for tracking metrics and the company's KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Compliance
• Payroll
• Help our team with administrative tasks such as inputting invoices to software, data entering, and compliance
• Owner Draw

Job Requirements

• Advanced Excel Skills
• Minimum of 3 years experience in bookkeeping with Advanced Excel Skills
• Must have a quiet home office set up with reliable internet
• Experience in QuickBooks.
• Property management Rentvine software and CPA are a plus but not required.
• Hard work, honesty, and willingness to learn are must-have qualities for this position.
