As a Texting Lead Generator, you’ll engage with property owners through texting and calls, identifying qualified opportunities for our acquisitions team. This role requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a strong ability to build rapport, and a drive to convert leads efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Engage landowners via outbound texts and calls to identify potential deals.
• Property Qualification: Gather and verify property details to ensure accuracy.
• CRM Management: Maintain detailed records and track interactions.
• Follow-Ups & Scheduling: Set up calls for the Acquisition Manager and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Performance Monitoring: Generate reports on lead status and conversion rates.
• Problem-Solving: Handle objections and navigate conversations effectively.

Job Requirements

• Fluent English speaker & writer with natural conversational skills
• Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service
• Strong ability to handle objections, build rapport, and engage leads
• Tech-savvy with CRM experience (Follow Up Boss a plus)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to work 9 AM – 6 PM EST, Monday-Friday
• Real estate knowledge is a plus but not required
