Position: Partner for Virtual Assistant Sourcing and Training

Location: Latin America (Remote)

About Us:

We are a U.S.-based company that works closely with cleaning business owners to help them streamline their operations and scale their businesses. A key part of our service involves connecting these businesses with skilled virtual assistants in Latin America who can support their needs.

We are seeking a reliable and resourceful individual to partner with us in sourcing, training, and managing a network of talented virtual assistants across Latin America. For Payment he/she would either get a commision or a flat fee for each VA sources.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing: Identify and connect with skilled virtual assistants across Latin America who are fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Training: Provide initial training to virtual assistants to ensure they fully understand the cleaning business model, processes, and expectations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all sourced and trained virtual assistants meet high standards in communication, punctuality, and task execution.
  • Onboarding: Assist in onboarding virtual assistants with cleaning companies, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of roles.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure that the virtual assistants are well-prepared to meet the needs of cleaning business owners.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify ways to improve the sourcing and training process to maintain a high standard of service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sourcing and training virtual assistants or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the virtual assistant industry and cleaning business operations.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (required).
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRMs and scheduling software (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
