Our U.S. law firm is looking for a bilingual English/Spanish Virtual Assistant to join our team as a full-time Case Manager. We're not just filling a seat - we're looking for someone who wants to build a career with us long-term and grow alongside the firm.

We do things differently-leveraging technology, providing 5-star customer service, and making things happen for our clients. Our team already includes 8 full time remote professionals, many of whom have been with us for years, and we're looking for another rockstar team member to join us for the long haul.
This is a full-time, remote position (40 hours per week).
Available Shifts (CST Time Zone)
We are hiring for one of the following full-time shifts (Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week):
🕒 Please note: While we offer multiple shift options, final shift assignment will be based on the firm’s coverage needs and may not be flexible. We will confirm your shift during the hiring process.
As a Case Manager, you will:
✅ Speak with clients via phone, text, and email, providing updates and support.
✅ Assist attorneys with legal and administrative tasks.
✅ Review and manage case files to ensure smooth case progression.
✅ Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing training.
✅ Maintain detailed and organized records.Full training is provided!
✔️ Fluent in English & Spanish (spoken & written)
✔️ Previous experience working remotely in a virtual role
✔️ Experience in customer service or support-related positions
✔️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔️ Excellent writing and analytical skills✔️ Experience drafting legal documents (preferred but not required)
✔️ Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
✔️ Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
✔️ A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
✔️ Reliable, high-speed internet connection & a quiet workspace
