Lead Generation and Marketing Manager for Real Estate Company - Property Management

Full Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious, sales coordinator and marketing director to work directly with the owner of Citiside Properties. Citiside is a mid size property management firm in Atlanta, Ga. We currently manage around 800 doors with lofty goals to increase the size of the portfolio. We currently have around 20 people on staff

There will be a base salary with sales incentives with plenty of upside potential for a go-getter that is hungry and ready to make some money. The role will be primarily cold email outreach, cold calls, and setting up meetings for the managing broker. We have a process to obtain leads.....we just need the right person to get after it.

Candidate will be responsible for maintaining a CRM and oversight of the CRM with weekly reports. We are looking for someone who is creative with a can do attitude to generate qualified leads.

Job Responsibilities

This is a full time position, 40 hours per week, 8-5 Eastern time. Candidate will be responsible for managing leads, marketing, and paperwork with owners once we have signed on new property management clients. The candidate will also help with online marketing, social media, blog post, etc..

We hope that a successful candidate will earn more in "commissions" than base salary and the structure will allow this as a possibility for the right candidate.

Job Requirements

Experiences with cold calling, real estate, property management, and appointment setting are all useful. It would be nice if candidate has experience with a CRM system.

Mostly, we need a candidate that is motivated to succeed and someone that fits into the culture at Citiside. Advanced English speaking and writing is a must.
