As a Cold Caller, you will be the first point of contact with potential property sellers. You will make outbound calls to homeowners, gather information about their properties, and build a trusting relationship over time. You’ll follow up consistently until they are ready to sell. Once they are prepared, you’ll hand off the details to me, and I will review them, submitting offers as appropriate. Whether to wholesale, flip, or list on the market. You will work closely with me and the acquisition team, ensuring a steady pipeline of motivated sellers and contributing directly to the growth of our business.
Making outbound cold calls daily and qualifying leads by gathering property info building rapport and trust with sellers, scheduling follow-ups, and updating CRM systems with call notes. You'll also collaborate with the acquisition team, identify motivated sellers, and ensure a steady pipeline of potential deals for the business.
1. Previous experience in cold calling or sales, preferably in real estate.
2. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
3. Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales software.
4. General understanding of the real estate process and sales stages.
5. Minimum education of a high school diploma or equivalent.
6. Sales or real estate certifications are a plus.
7. Ability to work independently and organize follow-ups.
