We are seeking a highly organized and professional Lead Manager / Appointment Setter to manage inbound and outbound follow-up with property owners. This role is responsible for nurturing leads, converting conversations into qualified leads and booked appointments, and maintaining accurate follow-up systems.You will work closely with the business owner to manage both new leads and existing warm leads, communicate clearly with prospects, and ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.This position requires strong English skills, emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and the ability to build rapport quickly. Follow up with new and existing leads via calls, texts, and CRM
Dial approximately 100–250 calls per day
Connect with ~60 records per day
Convert conversations into qualified leads or appointments
Schedule appointments accurately on the calendar
Send follow-up texts and reminders
Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records
Track lead status, notes, and next actions
Communicate daily updates and pipeline status
Represent the company professionally at all times
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong organization and follow-up skills
Prior experience in lead management, appointment setting, or sales
Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
Comfortable handling objections and sensitive conversations
Experience with CRMs, texting platforms, and call tools
Detail-oriented and process-driven
Reliable schedule and commitment to full-time hours
Desire for long-term growth and responsibility
