The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support, customer service, and calling. If you can work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism, this is an exciting opportunity for you.


Job Responsibilities

  • Industry Knowledge: Utilize your understanding of the real estate industry to provide effective support.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate professional verbal and written communication in all interactions.
  • CRM Proficiency: Use CRM software, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite to manage data and documentation.
  • Task Management: Organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks and reporting.
  • Independent Work: Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Phone Management: Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings using IT tools efficiently.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the real estate team.
  • Reporting: Create and maintain daily reports to track progress and activities.
  • Mail Management: Review and prioritize incoming mail, taking appropriate actions as needed.
  • Professional English: Exhibit professional-level English in both written and verbal communication.
  • Technology Requirements: Must have a computer or laptop with internet access (minimum speed of 25 Mbps).
