Total Quality Insurance is expanding into real estate and mortgage lead generation. We're seeking a driven, detail-oriented Lead Qualifier to be the first point of contact for new home buyer leads generated through our Facebook campaigns. Your role is to promptly engage with leads, gather basic qualifying information, and hand them off to our trusted mortgage lender partners.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, communication-heavy environment and understands the importance of speed-to-contact in converting online leads.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Prior experience in sales, customer service, mortgage/real estate, or call center environments preferred.
Comfortable working with scripts while still sounding natural and engaging.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive) or willingness to learn.
Detail-oriented and organized; capable of documenting interactions clearly.
Fast, reliable internet and quiet work environment for outbound calls.
Able to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours (flexible shifts available).
