Job Title: Lead Qualifier

Location: Texas

Salary: $1100 per month, plus $5 per qualified lead

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Call HVAC installation leads within 1 minute of receiving them.
• Collect information to provide estimates.
• Answer customer questions via phone, text, and email.
• Follow up with unresponsive leads.
• Promote Team Enoch to potential customers.

Pay: $900 per month, plus $5 per qualified lead. A qualified lead is a customer who provides system information via photos of their condenser tag and indoor system.

Job Requirements

Hours:

• Monday to Friday: Core hours are 11 AM - 7 PM CST.
• On-call hours: 7 PM - 9 PM CST.
• Saturday: On call from 11 AM - 9 PM CST.
• During on-call times, you must have access to fast internet to call leads and respond to customer messages.

Training: For the first three weeks, you will work directly with the Manager

• Learn HVAC technical knowledge.
• Review Miles's sales calls.
• Practice answering leads with daily mock calls.
• Become familiar with our software and workflow.
