LuxNomads is a premium relocation company helping Americans move to Europe.

We are hiring a Lead Response Specialist to call new leads immediately after they apply and book them into calls with our sales team.

This is a sales-adjacent role, not a closing role.

👉 Your job is simple:

Call fast → build rapport → book the call

You must call within 5 minutes of every new application.

If you are not fast, this role is not for you.

Job Responsibilities

• Call every new lead within 5 minutes of applying
• Build trust quickly and confidently on the phone
• Answer basic questions and guide next steps
• Book qualified leads into assessment calls
• Follow up via call, text, and email
• Log all activity in CRM
• Monitor Slack for new leads in real time

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong spoken English (C1+)
• Comfortable being on the phone daily
• Sales, call center, or lead response experience
• Fast response time (you don’t disappear)
• You must be available to respond to new leads in real time during your shift.
• Organized and reliable

 KPIs

• Call within <5 minutes
• 60%+ contact rate
• 40%+ booking rate

💸 COMPENSATION

• Base salary: $1000 – $1,500/month
• Commission: 4% per VIP sale you source

Example:

$15K sale = $600

$20K sale = $800
