The Property Management Doctor (TPMD) is a boutique property management company based in South Florida, managing single-family homes, duplexes, and small multifamily properties across Broward, Miami-Dade, Palm Beach, and Tampa Bay. We are investors managing for investors — and we hold our team to the same high standards we hold ourselves.

The Role

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and people-oriented Leasing Agent & Tenant Relations Coordinator to handle all leasing and tenant communication tasks. You will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants and a key support resource for current residents.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to leasing inquiries via phone and text
  • Sales oriented state of mind 
  • Coordinate and assist with property showings
  • Guide prospective tenants through the application and screening process
  • Prepare, send, and execute lease agreements
  • Onboard new tenants — welcome communications, move-in instructions, utility setup guidance
  • Manage lease renewals and conduct tenant retention outreach
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up on open tasks consistently

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working at a property management company
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • No real estate license required

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with AppFolio property management software
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM
