As a Legal Intake Case Manager here at Ward Law Group, you will be working in a fast-paced, growing work environment where you will be responsible for delivering a world-class client experience that will make a lasting impact on our community. Our Intake Case Manager team is committed to delivering world-class client experience and initiating the best experience with our clients, teams, and communities with the end result of meeting each of their goals with our legal services here at The Ward Law Group.

Legal Intake Case Manager duties but not limited are: 

  • Answering phone calls and returning calls to potential clients within short timeframe.
  • Communicating with clients and adjusters on the daily basis.
  • Helping attorney gather information for client's case matters.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Supporting team members with organizational tasks.
  • Maintaining files up to date.
  • Taking and delivering messages to team member.

Legal Intake Case Manager Qualifications: 

  • No previous legal experience is required, we will provide training,
  • Candidate must be able to speak English and Spanish fluently.
  • Candidate must have sales experience.
  • Candidate must have multitasking and time-management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidate must have solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Candidate must have the ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Candidate must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to successfully communicate with the public, other employees, and vendors.
  • Must have their own Computer (Desktop or Laptop) MAC or Windows (If Windows must be at least with a processor Core I5, 8 to 12 RAM and at least Windows 10).
  • USB noise cancelling headsets.
  • WebCam for daily meetings, for trainings and huddles.
  • Stable Internet speed must be at least 35Mbps Download and 15Mbps Upload.

Additional Corporate Training:

Employee will be required to attend additional online trainings, which may occasionally be scheduled on weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays. Employees will be given 30-day notice prior to scheduled training to make arrangements to attend the training online. Trainings are paid.

MONTHLY PAYMENTS $1000 per month plus bonuses based on performance up to $300 per month once training is completed. - PAYMENTS ARE PROCESS ONCE PER MONTH AND DEPOSITED THE LAST BUSSINESS DAY OF EACH MONTH.

PAYMENTS ARE PROCESSED VIA DEEL (You can withdraw your payment via Wire Transfer, PayPal, Payoneer, Wise and Bitcoin)
