ABOUT THE JOB

We’re seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to oversee and optimize the workflow of our licensing team based in the Philippines. This role is critical to ensuring our team operates efficiently, client communication is seamless, and issues are resolved swiftly. The ideal candidate is a natural leader, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

1. Team Management

• Supervise and manage a team of 4+ licensers based in the Philippines.
• Assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure timely completion of all projects.
• Monitor team performance and hold team members accountable for meeting productivity and quality standards.

2. Client Communication

• Ensure client inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Act as an escalation point for challenging clients or complex issues.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.

3. Efficiency & Accountability

• Optimize workflows to improve team efficiency and productivity.
• Implement and enforce accountability measures to ensure high standards are met.
• Track team performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

4. Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving

• Address and resolve issues that arise during the licensing process.
• Coordinate with clients, team members, and regulatory agencies to overcome obstacles.
• Develop solutions to improve processes and mitigate future challenges.

5. Process Improvement

• Regularly evaluate workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement new strategies and tools.
