HIRING NOW: Live Transfer Agent (Remote | Part-Time | U.S. Business Hours CST)

About the Role

We’re hiring experienced Live Transfer Agents to call U.S. veterans who have already requested information/help. Your job is to run the call using our proven flow, qualify the veteran, keep the conversation on track, and live-transfer them to a licensed representative.

No cold calling

 No appointment scheduling

 No follow-up

 No Zoom tech support

This role requires confidence, strong English, and real sales ability—because you’re expected to lead the call, not just read a script.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to U.S. veterans who already requested help
  • Follow our call framework (we train you), while keeping control of the conversation
  • Qualify the lead quickly (spouse/partner, work status, discharge confirmation, etc.)
  • Handle objections and keep the call moving forward
  • Live transfer qualified calls to a licensed rep in real time
  • Log outcomes accurately and move to the next call

What We’re Looking For

  • High-level sales experience (required) — phone sales, closing, live transfers, call center, insurance, debt, solar, real estate, etc.
  • Conversation control — you can redirect, reframe, and stay in command without sounding robotic
  • Excellent English — clear, confident, professional tone (little to no accent preferred)
  • Fast thinker — you can follow structure but adapt when needed
  • Reliable — consistent attendance, consistent performance
  • Reliable internet + quiet work environment

Hours & Pay

  • Part-Time: 30 hours/week starting
  • 100% Remote
  • Working hours (CST):
    • 30 hrs/week: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM CST
  • Bonuses based on performance, consistency, and professionalism

  • Place outbound calls to U.S. veterans who have already requested information/help (no cold calling).
  • Execute the established call flow to maintain control of the conversation from start to finish.
  • Qualify the prospect quickly and clearly (e.g., spouse/partner, work status, honorable discharge verification, etc.).
  • Identify needs, build urgency, and guide the prospect to the next step without drifting off track.
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally while keeping the call moving forward.
  • Maintain a clear, persuasive, professional tone—avoiding side conversations and staying goal-focused.
  • Live-transfer qualified prospects to a licensed representative in real time.
  • Accurately log call outcomes (notes, status, disposition) and move to the next call.
  • Meet daily/weekly expectations for productivity, quality, and consistency.

  • Excellent English (required): clear pronunciation, confident delivery, professional communication.
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone for several hours daily in a high-activity environment.
  • Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Quick thinker: able to follow structure/script while adapting when needed without losing the objective.
  • Results-driven mindset: disciplined, consistent, high energy, strong work ethic.
  • Stable internet, reliable equipment (PC/laptop + headset), and a quiet, professional work-from-home setup.
  • Strong punctuality and consistent attendance during assigned CST hours.
