Full Job Description

Process residential and commercial real estate loan files from submission to closing.Review loan applications for completeness.Collect and organize borrower documentation.Order and track third-party reports, including appraisals, title, insurance, and entity documents.Communicate daily with borrowers, brokers, lenders, attorneys, and title companies.Work directly with underwriting to clear loan conditions.Maintain accurate loan status updates in the CRM.Ensure files move efficiently through underwriting and closing.Identify missing documentation before it delays a file.Keep management informed of pipeline status.
