Long-Distance Operations/Dispatch Admin

Full Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Operations Admin to support our Long-Distance moving division. This role is critical to keeping jobs, drivers, schedules, and reporting accurate and running smoothly.

Schedule: Tue-Sat 10am to 7:00PM

Salary: $950/Month

Job Responsibilities

Data Management & Tracking

Update long-distance trackers, DDRs, and financial breakdowns

Upload daily long-distance Slack threads

Keep job statuses, notes, and ETAs accurate

🔍 Audits & Quality Control

Daily audits of weight tickets, inventories, labor, and warehouse loadings

Review active leads, bookings, and finalized jobs

Ensure documentation, charges, and job statuses are correct

🚛 Driver & ETA Management

Call drivers daily for pickup & delivery ETAs

Update ETA changes in trackers and Slack

📈 Reporting & Scheduling

Prepare and send the Daily Long-Distance Flash Report

Send the next-day long-distance schedule at 5:00 PM

Job Requirements

✔ Highly organized & detail-driven

✔ Comfortable with Slack, trackers, and audits

✔ Strong follow-up skills

✔ Able to manage multiple priorities daily

 ✔High school diploma or equivalent 

✔Proven experience in customer service

✔Strong verbal communication and listening skills
