Looking for a Lead Manager!

Full Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Manager with GoHighLevel experience to join our insulation business in Connecticut. You will manage lead generation using GoHighLevel, follow up with warm leads via text and calls, occasionally cold call, and support our sales and general managers by keeping them organized and on top of their appointments and bids. Responsibilities include lead follow up, updating lead notes, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, ensuring timely communication with leads who have received bids, and reminding managers about appointments.

This is a part-time role (15-20 hours a week). Working hours are from Monday to Friday. Two schedule options:

1. 8am-10am and 4pm-6pm EST or 
2. 8am-11am EST

We are looking for someone to grow with our company and stay with us for years. If you are hopping from one role to another, please do not apply. 

We will pay anywhere between $5-$7 an hour. Your pay will depend on the level of your experience and will grow with your growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead Follow-Up: Maintain contact with warm leads via text and calls to ensure ongoing engagement and interest.
• Cold Outreach: Occasionally call builders and architects in the area to promote our services.
• Updating Lead Notes: Accurately record all interactions with leads in GoHighLevel.
• Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate and book appointments for the sales team.
• Managing Calendars: Oversee the calendars and send reminders to managers about upcoming appointments.
• Bids Review: Follow up promptly with leads who have received bids to maintain their interest.

Job Requirements

• Sales and lead management experience
• Experience with the GoHighLevel platform.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Minimum PC/Laptop processor: Intel Core i3 10th gen or equivalent.
• RAM: 8 GB or more.
• Noise-canceling headset with clear microphone.
• Reliable internet (minimum 5Mbps) with internet backup.
