Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Real Estate Generalist VA, serving as our right hand in various administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and tech-savvy, with a strong background in real estate administration, data analysis, and Google Sheets expertise.

This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm EST.

We want someone to grow with our company and stay with us for years. If you are hopping from one role to another, please do not apply. 

We will pay $8-$10 an hour and grow with your growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage leads generated from cold calling, texting, and RVMs. Qualify leads according to our criteria and input them into our CRM system.
• Conduct quick analysis of property comparable to determine market value in relation to the seller's asking price and our requirements. Utilize data analytical skills to provide valuable insights.
• Conduct research tasks such as sourcing soil scientists, surveyors, and other professionals in specific areas as required.
• Utilize advanced Google Sheets functions and formulas for data manipulation and automation of administrative tasks.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement automations to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, providing updates on lead status and any relevant information.

Job Requirements

• Over 5 years of real estate or related administrative experience.
• Proficient in data analysis and valuation techniques.
• Expertise in Google Sheets functions, formulas, and automation.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Minimum PC/Laptop processor: Intel Core i3 10th gen or equivalent.
• RAM: 8 GB or more.
• Noise-canceling headset with clear microphone.
• Reliable internet (minimum 5Mbps) with internet backup.
