Looking for a Real Estate VA/Executive Assistant

Full Job Description

I am the Broker/Owner of Harrison Real Estate I am looking for someone who will help me grow my company. An Executive Assistant role. Your duties would include all of the backend work. Monitoring and sending emails setting up SOPs, helping set up SiSU, making sure everything is integrated properly and stays integrated, and working with other VA and ISA my agents and company clients. I'm looking for someone organized, with great attention to detail. A highly motivated individual who will handle the tedious work, tech-savvy with the ability to set up marketing automation, giving me more time to work in the field and expand my business with more clients and agents.

I am looking for someone who wants to make this their sole long-term job with growth, bonuses, and raises.

THIS IS NOT A NEW ON-THE-JOB TRAINING I AM LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT IS FAMILIAR WITH REAL ESTATE AND THE SYSTEMS! There will be training for what is needed.
