Looking for a Short-Term Property Manager!

Full Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Short Term Property Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll help manage and optimize our short-term rental properties. If you enjoy solving problems, have a keen eye for detail, and can take charge to make things happen, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are from Monday to Friday 8am-4pm PST.

We want someone to grow with our company and stay with us for years. If you are hopping from one role to another, please do not apply. 

We will pay $5-$7 an hour and grow with your growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Communication with Guests
• Provide excellent service to guests, ensuring their stay is smooth and enjoyable.
• Conduct online research to compare the quality and pricing of services needed for property management. Your ability to manage projects efficiently is key.
• Evaluate potential properties in new markets to determine their cash flow potential, average daily rate (ADR), and occupancy rates.
• Keep track of bookings and ensure everything runs smoothly without overlaps or errors.

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
• Strong project management skills, with a focus on research and comparison.
• Experience in short-term rental hospitality is a plus.
• A proactive mindset—able to anticipate issues and find effective solutions.
• Comfortable with data analysis to make informed decisions about properties.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Minimum PC/Laptop processor: Intel Core i5 or equivalent.
• RAM: 8 GB or more.
• Noise-canceling headset with clear microphone.
• Reliable internet (minimum 5Mbps) with internet backup.
