Full Job Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Agent to join our real estate investment company in San Fran, CA metro area. We buy and sell single-family houses directly from sellers or through brokers. 

Besides performing daily sales functions the candidate will also be performing a mix of virtual assistant, customer service rep (CSR), and data entry duties.

This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are from Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Pacific.

We treat our people well, we provide health insurance, 13th-month pay, and bonuses. However, we are looking for someone to grow with our company and stay with us for years. If you are hopping from one role to another, please do not apply. 

We will pay $6-$8 an hour and bonus potential.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, including follow-ups (call, text, email, voice messages).
• Cold call sellers and contact counties/cities for leads.
• Send offers for MLS and pending properties.
• Update KPI
• Maintain mailing lists.
• Process mailing orders
• Make offers on MLS listings.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or field.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Minimal non-American accent to provide a sense of speaking with someone in the United States.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage notes, records, and CRM data accurately.
• Kind, empathetic, and customer-oriented approach.



• Minimum PC/Laptop processor: Intel Core i5 or equivalent.
• RAM: 8 GB or more.
• Noise-canceling headset with clear microphone.
• Reliable internet (minimum 5Mbps) with internet backup.
