Looking for an Inside Sales Agent!

Full Job Description

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Agent to join our land investing company. In this role, you’ll engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and help guide them through the buying process. If you enjoy talking to people and building relationships, this might be the perfect fit for you!

This is part-time (20 hours). Flexible schedule following US Central Time zone business day.

We want someone to grow with our company and stay with us for years. If you are hopping from one role to another, please do not apply. 

We will pay anywhere between $6-$8 an hour. Your pay will depend on the level of your experience and will grow with your growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Connect with potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Have natural and engaging conversations without relying on scripts.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of your interactions and follow-ups.
• Work closely with the sales team to share ideas and improve our client interactions.
• Represent the company with a positive and professional attitude.

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Excellent conversationalist in English.
• Real Estate experience is a plus.
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Enjoys working as part of a team and contributing to group success.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
