Virtual Assistant for Website & Automation Setup (Templates Provided)

Full Job Description

We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to help us build websites and simple automations using our GoHighLevel templates.

No coding or programming needed. You’ll use our ready-made templates and customize them for each client.

You’ll work directly with the owner of BizSystems and sometimes communicate with clients by email, SMS, or inside GoHighLevel if we need extra info.

Your main tasks will be:

• Customize website templates (colors, images, text, layout)
• Upload client photos or find stock images
• Copy & paste website content and create simple new content when needed
• Set up basic automations (chatbots, booking calendars, missed call text back, Google reviews, etc.)

We will train you step by step.

 You’ll get paid per project / per website completed.

This is a great role for someone who is:

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, basic web builders, or similar
• Willing to learn and follow simple systems
• Reliable and communicates well

Job Responsibilities

• Build websites using GoHighLevel templates
• Customize design, text, and images for each client
• Set up simple automations inside GoHighLevel (chatbots, calendars, auto replies, etc.)
• Communicate with clients when needed (email, SMS, or inside GHL)
• Follow our systems and complete projects on time

Job Requirements

• Full-time position
• Good English (written and basic spoken)
• Comfortable using computers and online tools
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Willing to learn and follow simple systems
• Friendly and professional when communicating with clients
• Basic experience with websites, Canva, or similar tools is a plus (but not required)
