We’re a fast-growing investment team and we're looking to bring on a automation specialist!

We're looking a automation specialist who’s solid with tools like Make.com, n8n, Airtable to help us streamline workflows, sync data, reduce manual tasks, and build dashboards. You'll work closely with our ops lead and manager, we’ll tell you what to automate and how it should flow. You just make it work.

No team management, no strategy work, no fluff, just clean builds, fast execution, and solid logic.

We're AI-native and use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, GHL, and more. If you're sharp, independent, and love building backend systems that actually run a business, we’d love to talk.DM me if interested and I’ll share the next step.

This is a one-time project for now, but we’re looking to build a long-term relationship with an expert we can turn to for future tasks and ongoing projects.

Requirements:

Proven experience in integrations and automations with Zapier

Ability to troubleshoot and quickly resolve automation errors

Experience working with automations in GoHighLevel

Plus: Familiarity with the automation platform n8n

Responsible, communicative person available for ongoing collaborationStart date: As soon as possible

Job Responsibilities

Manage ongoing automation tasks, including fixing errors, making updates, and creating new workflows between Zapier and GoHighLevel (GHL). Experience with n8n automations is a bonus.

Job Requirements

Proven experience with Zapier integrations and automation

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation errors quickly

Experience working with GoHighLevel automations
