About the Role: 

We are looking for a motivated Mailchimp virtual assistant to support email marketing tasks for our clients. We run Facebook ads for our clients, and each client receives a Maichimp account.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who has solid MailChimp knowledge and is eager to grow. Y

You'll help build campaigns, set up automations, and handle technical integrations—all in a flexible, part-time role.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: 

• Build and manage email automations and drip sequences in MailChimp. 
• Create, schedule, and send weekly email blasts on behalf of clients. 
• Verify client domains and configure DNS/authentication settings (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). 
• Connect and manage third-party integrations (CRMs, landing pages, e-commerce platforms, etc.)
• Maintain clean, organized audience lists and segments. 
• Troubleshoot basic deliverability issues and campaign errors.
• Follow brand guidelines to ensure consistent, professional email design

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on MailChimp experience—this is non-negotiable.
• Experience setting up automations and email sequences. 
• Ability to verify domains and handle basic technical email setup
• Experience connecting integrations and third-party tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Nice to Have: 

• Experience working with multiple clients or in an agency setting; 
• Familiarity with email marketing best practices and deliverability; 
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template editing.
