ManyChat Funnel Specialist (DM Automation & Lead Gen)

Full Job Description

We are LuxNomads, a premium relocation company helping Americans move to Europe.

We grew from $0 to $5M in our first year using organic content and now have:

• 2M+ social media followers

• 50,000+ email subscribers

• 10,000+ new leads per month

We are now bringing our DM funnel system fully in-house and are hiring a ManyChat Funnel Specialist to own this entire function.

Your job is simple:

Build, manage, and optimize DM funnels that turn followers into booked calls.

This role is NOT for beginners. 

You must have real experience building ManyChat funnels that generate leads or sales.

Job Responsibilities

• Build ManyChat funnels (Instagram & Facebook)

• Create comment → DM → booking flows

• Integrate with Close CRM, ConvertKit, Zapier, Calendly

• Track and optimize funnel performance

• Fix bugs quickly during live campaigns

• Maintain evergreen funnels (24/7 lead generation)

• Document funnels in Notion

Job Requirements

MUST HAVE:

• 2+ years hands-on ManyChat experience

• Experience building Instagram DM funnels

• Experience with Zapier integrations

• Strong understanding of funnels (not just automation)

• Strong English

• Fast and responsive
